Step 12: set color palette

— Choose colors that come back through the website.

Wordpress by Popeye Cloud -> Theme Options -> Visual -> Palette

 

Simply add any color palette you want by giving it a title unique color id and monochrome properties. The colors you define here will be the colors you can choose from in the page builder.
