Manually add an order for a new customer and generate an invoice.
Go to Wordpress By Popeye Cloud - UsersHere we will add a new customer manually. Click add new.Fill in the required boxes (username is the same as name or email).The password will be generated by it self and you don' have to change it.Send user notification: uncheck send the new user an email about their account (important!)Role: CustomerAdd new user
Add a new product manuallyProducts - Add newFill in the product name and the regular price.Important: publish, set the visibility of the product to private - OK!Click publish or update.
Create a new order manuallyWooCommerce - Orders - Add orderFill in the payment status 'completed'.Fill in the customer name.Fill in the billing information of the customer.Add the item (s) that the customer has purchased.Now choose in the right column under order actions > email invoice/ order details to customer.Now an invoice is automatically generated and is also sent to the customer with the order confirmation.
