01. Adding accommodations

Navigate in the sidebar to accommodation > add accommodation type > add a new one or click 'edit' to edit an existing type

Adjust all your settings such as title, features image, capacity of the accommodation etc,... Note: Capacity is always the total capacity. It is very important that the number of adults equals the number of capacity.  In case there are beds only suitable for children, the capacity is the number of the adults + the number of children you enter. In case you have no room for children or adults you can enter 0. Example with space for children: 18 adults and 4 children = capacity is 18Total capacity and adults should always be the same, children is how many of that total could be children. Unless there are specific beds only for children (crib) then you add up the total adults and total of children and then that's your capacityExample beds only suitable for children to sleep in. 18 adults + 4 children = capacity is 22

02. Generate accommodations

Generate your new accommodation from step one click 'generate accommodations'

03. Create different seasons (high and low season)

Create different seasons to make a distinction in price between high and low season. This also applies to weekends, weekdays and vacations if the price varies. Click accommodation > seasons. Important is to assign each season a date that follows one another, dates not assigned to a period will not be shown. This can be useful for a certain period when you are closed and therefore not taking bookings. If you have the same price all year round and don't depend on seasons but just a price difference between weekday and weekend you can also set it up like: 2023 weekdays and 2023 weekends. Important to definitely set the different seasons to apply on the accommodations in the next step: rates.

04. Set rates for every season

Click accommodation > rates. It's important to set a rate for every season otherwise no results will be shown in the search results and booking isn't possible.

05. Adding services

Click accommodation > services. where you can add services such as breakfast and link it to a certain accommodation type.

06. Show specific calendar per location

Every accommodation type you can give a specific category which will show the correct calendar. You can add new categories by clicking accommodations > categories. Afterwords you edit a specific accommodation type and select the correct category. In the photo below you'll see every location is linked to a certain category (trees or stables). Click edit to give them another category.
